Announcing New Subscription Plans
Effective January 2, 2023 we are announcing the release of 3 new subscription plans. In the announcement below you'll find what's new in each plan, the price, and your options for when to move to one of the new plans.
First, some background:
We last changed our pricing in 2015. In the 7 years since then we’ve added several new major features based on requests from our customers along with many smaller upgrades to provide for better workflows within your ClinicSense account.
Some of major additions include:
✅ A total overhaul to the look and feel of ClinicSense
✅ Facebook and Instagram scheduling integration
✅ Square payments integration
✅ Availability campaigns to fill your appointment book
✅ Specify which practitioners offer online scheduling
✅ New & improved email newsletters
✅ Recall emails upgraded to new “Win-Back” automated marketing campaign
✅ Integration for royalty-free images for your marketing emails
✅ All new gift certificate templates
✅ New “finalize SOAP note” feature
✅ Ability to view past versions of forms
✅ New unified notifications and internal memos
✅ Client communication log
A summary of the pricing changes
👉 The old plans (Basic, Grow, and Pro) will be phased out on Sep 1, 2023
👉 The new plans are called Lite, Standard, and Premium (each plan is detailed below)
👉 Existing customers can upgrade to one of the new plans any time between now and Sep 1, 2023
👉 After upgrading, existing customers will get their new plan for little to no additional cost for 6 months

Lite Plan
The new Lite plan ($39/mo) includes everything that is on the old Basic plan, plus the following new features:
Customizable SOAP Note Templates
Choose from one of our 3 included SOAP note templates or create one of your own templates so that your notes are perfectly tailored for your business. (Go to Setup > Treatment Note Builder)
Customizable Forms
In addition to our included forms, create an additional and completely customizable form. Choose which forms to automatically send based on the service booked by the client. (Go to Setup > Form Builder)
Notes:
- For new customers, the Lite plan has a limit of 20 appointments per month. This limit does not apply for existing customers during the grandfather period.

Standard Plan
The new Standard plan ($69/mo) includes everything in the old Grow plan, plus the following new features:
Customizable SOAP Note Templates
Choose from one of our 3 included SOAP note templates or create up to 5 of your own templates so that your notes are perfectly tailored for your business. (Go to Setup > Treatment Note Builder)
Customizable Forms
In addition to our included forms, create up to 5 additional and completely customizable forms. Choose which forms to automatically send based on the service booked by the client. (Go to Setup > Form Builder)
Google Reviews Booster
An automated email campaign that goes out to clients after their appointment to ask them to rate you on a scale of 1 to 10. If they rate you a 9 or 10, they are prompted to leave a review on Google. If they rate you 1 to 8, they are asked for feedback so you know how you can do better in the future for that client. (Go to Marketing > Google Review Booster)
Automated Referral Request Campaign
Sometimes it can be hard to ask clients to refer a friend. So with this automated email campaign, ClinicSense will email your customer after their 3rd appointment (when we can be confident they know and love you) and ask them to refer a friend. (Go to Marketing > Referral Campaigns)
Superbill
Do you ever have clients ask for all of their receipts at the end of the year? With our new Superbill you can hand them a single document rather than printing or emailing every receipt to them. (Go to Clients > More Options > View Superbill)
Notes:
- You can add additional practitioners for $10/month
- For new customers, the Standard plan has a limit of 200 appointments per month. This limit does not apply for existing customers during the grandfather period

Premium Plan
And finally the new Premium plan ($129/mo) includes everything in the Lite & Standard plans, plus gives you unlimited appointments, unlimited customizable forms, unlimited customizable SOAP note templates, and skip-the-line priority support.
You can add as many additional practitioners as you need to the Premium plan for $10/mo per practitioner.
Switching to a new plan
You will be able to switch to a new plan as of January 3, 2023.
Our old plans (Basic, Grow, Pro) will still be available until September 1, 2023.
Grandfathering: You have the option to change to one of the new subscription plans at any time before Sep 1, 2023
As a thank you to our existing customers for your support, you will get the new subscription plans and their new features for little to no additional cost for the next 6 months!

In addition to all of these new features, our team currently has the following features planned based on feedback from our feature request portal:
• New & improved online scheduling widget
• Require clients to agree to the cancellation policy when booking
• Treatment packages
• Block specific clients from booking online
